Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our top priority at Rosie Cleans.

Collection of Your Personal Information Rosie Cleans collects some personally identifiable information, like your name and contact details. If you buy our services, we also gather billing and credit card info to complete your purchase. We do not share this data with any third parties. You are permitting us to communicate with you via call, text, & email using automated systems. We will only contact you regarding your quote requests, reminders, or occasional special offers. You can reply STOP to any email or text to opt-out.

Security of Your Personal Information

We prioritize security and have several protections in place. Our booking page features SSL for secure connections. The booking form is protected with 256-bit encryption. Credit card transactions also use 256-bit security, and we do not store credit card numbers. Our processor uses tokenized encryption, which substitutes card numbers with secure values for charging after service. You can book confidently, knowing we care about your security.

Confirmation and Reminders

After your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the selected date, time, service details, frequency, and estimated price. The day before your cleaning, you will receive a reminder email with the same details. Please review it. To make changes, log into your account or contact us.

Additional Fees

Extra fees may apply if:

• The home has more rooms than stated in your booking. Pricing is for standard-sized residences.

• Extra cleaning time is required. If deeper cleaning is needed due to the home’s condition, the cleaning will take longer and cost $25 for any additional half hour.

• Applicable NJ sales tax will be added at checkout.

Extra Time

If additional cleaning time is required, our cleaning team will thoroughly clean the home at a rate of $25 for any additional half hour. The total fee will be included in your final total.

Same-Day Service / Emergency Cleanings

We require at least 24 hours' notice to schedule cleaning services so we can ensure we meet all your needs. However, if you have an emergency, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests, though a $50 rush fee will apply.

Prepare for Your Cleaning

To maximize efficiency, please pick up toys and clothes before our cleaning team arrives. Place pets in a comfortable spot. Following these tips will help us ensure your belongings are safe. See our cleaning checklist for included and excluded services.

Your First Cleaning

We recommend you or the person you assign be present for your initial cleaning to meet the cleaning team and perform the walk-through together. Once you’re satisfied with our work and service, you can choose not to be home for your recurring cleanings. Just ensure the cleaning team can access your place if you or your assignee is not there. You’ll get an email or text after each cleaning asking about your experience.

If you won’t be home at all, no problem! Just note in the “Special Notes or Instructions” section of the booking page how the cleaning team can enter your place. Leaving keys with a doorman, under the mat, or in a lockbox are options. If you have an alarm, please disable it before our arrival or provide the passcode and instructions so we can disarm the alarm when we arrive, and set it again when we leave. If you leave your home unlocked, we are not responsible for anything that occurs before or after our visit.

Provide details on any areas needing extra attention in the “Special Notes or Instructions.” Please provide details regarding parking: park in driveway, street parking, paid parking. This will help minimize wait time.

You’ll get an email or text when done. Communication is our top priority.

Arrival Window

The cleaning techs will arrive within the arrival window for your booking, barring unforeseen circumstances like accidents or bad weather. If the team is delayed, we’ll contact you.

Valuables

It is your responsibility to remove anything that cannot be easily replaced or you do not want to be damaged accidentally.

Pet Safety

While we love pets, they sometimes may not love us. Make sure they are in a secured place while the cleaning is happening.

Payment

You will not be charged until after the cleaning has been completed. We’ll use the card to enter during your online booking.

Tipping

Tips are not expected, but appreciated. If you would like to include it, consider a 20% of the sub total of the service. You can tip by cash or include it in your card.

Lock Out Fee

If our cleaning team is unable to access your home on your scheduled cleaning day, we will contact you to ensure access. If we receive no response, a fee of $50 will apply.

Service Cancellations

We understand schedules change. Please contact us as soon as possible to modify or reschedule your cleaning service. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice by 5 pm the day before your scheduled cleaning.

  • For Monday cancellations, contact us by Saturday at 5 pm as we are closed on Sundays.

  • For other days, cancellations made within 24 hours can be rescheduled at no cost. Any unused promotion credits will be applied to your account.

  • Cancellations after 5 pm the day before will incur a $30 fee. Same-day cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

Due to scheduling requirements, fees apply to all cancellations after the initial cancellation period.

Feedback or Concerns

We value your feedback and want to address any concerns you may have about our cleaning services.

To ensure we meet your needs, our quality assurance team lead will perform a walk-through with you before and after each cleaning. Though we aim to provide excellent service every time, if we miss anything, please notify the team lead or contact us as the service is happening or during the walk-through so we can promptly resolve it. You will also receive a follow-up text/email after each cleaning to check on your experience. You can also reach our client support team at 862-305-0916.

We are here to help! Rosie Cleans is committed to your complete satisfaction. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please contact our support team. We will always do our best to take care of you.

Our Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or end service. Asking our cleaning techs to do cleaning work outside of Rosie Cleans is strictly forbidden and will result in service termination. Our teams have signed a Non-Compete agreement with Rosie Cleans, LLC. They are prohibited from soliciting business from any client on his/her own behalf or on behalf of any third party during their contract with Rosie Cleans or for 2 years following termination of contract, without written approval from Rosie Cleans. You agree not to hire past or present teams of Rosie Cleans for a period of not less than 2 years from the date the team member last worked for Rosie Cleans. A great deal of time and resources are put into picking out the best team. In the event you feel you must hire a team member of Rosie Cleans in spite of this agreement, then a placement fee equivalent to 20% of the team member’s annual pay is due immediately upon employment of the past/present team member, regardless of whether the employment is regular or on a contract basis. Please contact Rosie Cleans to discuss this process and how to approach it.

Our company provides cleaning services, and it is important to note that we do not offer restoration services. There may be situations where we are unable to clean certain surfaces due to wear or existing conditions. Attempting to clean such surfaces may pose a risk of further damage. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline cleaning services for surfaces that may be at risk of harm or damage during the cleaning process.

Your Account

If you use this site, you're responsible for keeping your account and password private. You agree to take responsibility for all activity under your account or password. You can't assign or transfer your account to anyone else. You understand that Rosie Cleans isn't responsible for unauthorized access to your account from theft or misuse of your account. Rosie Cleans reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, end accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

Services can't be transferred. Promotions, pricing, and discounts may vary.

Opt-Out or Unsubscribe

We respect your privacy and give you the chance to opt out of getting certain information from us. Users can opt out of getting some communications from Rosie Clean by clicking "unsubscribe" in our outgoing emails.

Trademark

All trademarks, product names, company names, logos, shown or cited in this site belong to their owners. You can't display or use Rosie Cleans' marks in any way without our prior written permission.
