Your Home, Your Choice of Clean

Our cleaning team provides cleaning supplies, including EPA-approved products and a vacuum, if necessary. However, at Rosie Cleans, we understand that every family has unique preferences — especially when it comes to cleaning products. If you prefer eco-friendly, fragrance-free, or brand-specific cleaners, set them out for our team. We’ll happily use what you trust most to keep your home fresh and healthy—your home, your products — our professional touch. You only need running water, outlets, and a toilet brush.

Services We Do Not Provide:

Our cleaning professionals do their absolute best to provide exceptional service, but there are certain things that we cannot offer/guarantee. Liability, safety, and the highest quality are considered at all times. If you are unsure about your cleaning or an item below, please call us to discuss!

  • We cannot perform services while other services are being performed in or around the home (plumbing, painting, construction, etc.)

  • Any surfaces over 10 feet high require an extension ladder (high windows, ceiling fans, vents, crown molding). If a 2-step ladder is available, our team can use it to reach higher areas.

  • Ceiling fans are not cleaned unless within reach and requested as an add-on.

  • Hazardous materials or substances like blood, waste, human waste, or secretions.

  • There is no cleaning inside trash cans, litter boxes, pet messes, and pet beds.

  • Removing strong odors (mold, animal waste, smoke, etc.),

  • Wash walls, heavy marks/stains on walls, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces due to potential damage to any surface.

  • Interior vents or radiators

  • Cleaning upholstery (sofas, chairs, drapes) or removing excessive pet hair from upholstery

  • Deep carpet/floor cleaning (steam cleaning, polishing, waxing, etc.)

  • No chandeliers

  • HVAC/ceiling vents

  • Fragile fixtures (lamps, ornaments, or delicate items)

  • Cleaning Mini Blinds. We are happy to dust horizontal metal or plastic mini blinds, but we have found that they are easily bent or damaged if anything beyond dusting is attempted.

  • Removing cabinet liners

  • No freezers

  • Cleaning inside dishwashers and washing machines

  • Exterior windows

  • Remove hard water buildup and mold ( we’ll do our best)

  • Remove paint to prevent damage to the surface

  • Scrub grout on tiles or floors

  • Unfinished basements, concrete flooring, or attics

  • No lifting or moving of heavy items (refrigerator, stove, tables, sofas, etc.)

  • No outdoor work
